Damages and issues
Exceptions may be made if order(s) are somehow compromised by verifiable host error. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Proof of the issue must be submitted to customerservice@aphroglyphicarts.com within 24 hours of delivery. Due to business and/or health related reasons we will not make exceptions for some items.
